1. Q: Is there any design fee for customized bags or films?

A: Basically, there is design fee for innitial order, we will refund to you once confirming the order and signing contract.

2. Q: Is there any sample charge & is it refundable?

A:Yes, there is sample charge for producing samples. Once confirming order and signing contract, the full sample charge can be refunded after placing orders.

3. Q:What is the procedure of placing an order?

A:Provide request→Designing→ Cylinder/Printing plate making→Material film preparation→Printing→Film multi-lamination →

Maturation Process→Cutting film→Bag making→Testing and examing→Finishing→Packing to carton

4. Q: Can you give us the design according to our logo and request?

A: Yes, we have design team and can do the design as your logo and request.

5. Q:How can I do to print my own logo on the packaing?

A: You need to offer us the designed file in Ai, PSD, PDF or PSP etc by email.

6. Q: How can I start the order and pay?

A: For the first cooperation, 50% of the total amount as the deposit, balance payment can be paid before shipment, of course, it  can be negotiated according to the quantity.

7. Q: Do I have to worry that bags with my logo to be sold to my competitors or  other people?

A: No worry. We promise each design definitely belongs to one owner.

8. Q:What is the production time ?

A: Normally about 15 days uopon deposit,  depends on quantity and bag style.

9. Q:What is the pracking protection for the shipment ?

A: After production, we will pack in the carton, then pack by the pallet with wound film to have a protection for the sea shipment
